Animal talking app: make a rabbit, bird or any pet talk
Updated ยท Talking Pet App
Yes. Upload one sharp photo of your pet, whatever it is: a dog, cat, rabbit, budgie, parrot, hamster or guinea pig. Type what it says, record your voice or pick a song, and the AI moves its mouth (or beak) in time with the voice. It runs in the browser with no app to install, and one video is โ $4.99โ .
Which animals work
- Dogs and cats: the most tested, and the mouth moves the most.
- Rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs: the small mouth moves less, so use a close-up where the face fills the photo.
- Budgies, parrots and other birds: the beak opens and closes instead of lips. A side view of the head works for birds.
- Your own pets only, one per photo, and no people in the photo.
Step by step
- Choose one sharp photo of your dog or cat. A sharp photo of one pet, face and mouth clearly visible, looking roughly at the camera, in good light. Side views work but move less.
- Upload it on the home page (no sign-in needed). Tapping the button confirms the photo is allowed: Photos of your own pets only (dog, cat, rabbit, bird, hamster and more): one pet, or two or more side by side.
- Give your pet a voice: type the words, record your voice, upload an audio file, or pick one of 26 songs. You can play it back before you go on (typed words are read aloud for you when you press Make).
- Pay for just that video (โ $4.99โ , one payment, no subscription), or use credits from a pack.
- Wait 2 to 5 minutes (about 10 for a voice over 15 seconds). The video shows up in My videos when it's ready.
- Download the MP4 (on iPhone, Save to Photos) and post it, labelled as AI-generated.
Voices for small pets
- Typed words read in one of four voices: Playful pup, Big dog, Sassy cat, Sweet and soft. Sweet and soft suits a bunny or a hamster.
- Your own recording or file, made higher for a small pet or deeper for a big one.
- One of 26 short songs.
Photos that work for small animals
- Get close: a hamster across the room has a mouth a few pixels wide.
- Good light and a sharp eye: blur makes the mouth hard to find.
- Nothing in the mouth: hay, seeds or a toy hide the movement.
