The video failed

The credits go back to your balance automatically. Most failures come from the photo: try a sharper one, in good light, with the face not cut off.

The mouth barely moves

Use a closer photo: a small face in a big photo moves less.
Check the voice: quiet or mostly silent audio gives a closed mouth. Record closer to the phone.
Side views move less than a face toward the camera.
One pet per photo, and only your own pet: no people. Very small, blurry or covered faces, and pets photographed from far away, give weak mouth movement. Up to 15 seconds of voice per video.

The voice is cut off

Only the first 15 seconds of a recording or file are used. Trim it so the line you want comes first.

Not happy with your first paid video? Email support@talkingpetapp.com within 7 days from the email you paid with for a full refund.

Can't find your video

Made without signing in: it's in My videos on the same browser and device you used. Signed in: use the same Google account, every video is in My videos. Check you didn't sign in with a different Google account.
